We make CS-Cart themes and add-ons that are only released after extensive testing. If you find any issue, we are available to help you solve the issue for free up to 1 year after purchase.

Before you ask for a refund

If you have purchased a theme or add-on and you have a issue with the product, we recommend that you contact our team and seek assistance. Often they’ll be able to help to troubleshoot your problem. We answer each and every email sent to us within 24/48 hours, so if you don’t hear from us, please check your email’s spam/junk folder.

For a quick solution, we advise you to provide the following information:

  • FTP-details
